  • Diagnosed a failing CI pipeline taking over 2 hours with 6,100 tests skipped. Restored deterministic 25–30 min runs via a cross-process SQL circuit breaker and a synthetic-.trx validation gate.
  • Built a custom Claude Code skill that runs end-to-end engineering work — analyze, investigate, plan, implement, test, and open a PR.
  • Led payment-solution integration into the core product (architecture, vendor evaluation, rollout).
  • Led migration of the JAMF (Apple device management) integration from JAMF Classic API to JAMF Pro API across 250 K-12 districts — zero-downtime cutover per district.
